Mission & Vision

The mission of the Shul is to serve as a focal point for the Jewish communities of Sunnybank,  Unsworth and Blackford Bridge.  Our aim is to provide a place of worship with a welcoming atmosphere that follows the tenets of orthodox Judaism but in way that is geared to the local community.  In addition we believe the Shul is a community asset and made available to a range of Jewish organisations.  Our vision is to continue to develop the Shul as part of the community whilst adapting to the changing demographics of the area.  The Shul has a superb function suite (The Sunnybank Suite) and our vision is to promote this for use by individuals and organisations outside our catchment area.
